Question: Is this service really free?

Yes, as long as your real estate agent is a member you will have access to all of our supplies completly free to use.

Question: How long can I use the equipment/party supplies? 

You can reserve the items for up to 4 days at a time. There is a $10.00 per day charge if you do not return the items back by the end of your reservation period. This ensures everyone else has an opportunity to make reservations for those items.

Question: How do I pick up my Reservation? Do you offer delivery service to my home:

You can pick up your reserved items at our self-serve storage facility at Gulf Storage 1424 N Gulf Ave Crystal River FL 34429 Reservation made before 9:00pm will be ready for pickup by 9:00am the following morning. 

Question: Do you offer to set up the equipment/items.

No, unfortunately we do not.

Question: What if we need the equipment/items longer than four days?

You will need to call the office and if there are no overlapping reservations we can extend your reservation at no charge.

Question: Why do you need my real estate agents name?

We will verify that they are a member of our service to ensure only their VIP members have access to use this service free of charge.

What happens if the item I borrowed is lost or stolen?

You are responsible for the taking care of and safe storage of the equipment/items and will be responsible for the cost of replacement of lost, stolen or damaged equipment.

What happens of the equipment breaks?

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear. If it is determined that the equipment/items were damaged to negligence, improper care or not following manufactures instructions you will be charge for the repair cost or replacement of the equipment/items damaged.

If my agent is not a member, can I still make a reservation? 

Yes, If your real estate agent doesn't provide this service, you can still join independently for a discounted rate of just $149.00 per year. This membership grants you unlimited access to all our available items, with no restrictions on the number of reservations you can make throughout the year.

Why do you charge a security deposit?

All reservation require a $100.00 security deposit that is fully refundable when the equipment/items are returned in the same condition as when you picked them up.

What happens if I do not return equipment?

Failure to return the Equipment upon expiration of the Rental Period and failure to pay all amounts due (including costs for damage to the property or equipment) are evidence of abandonment or refusal to redeliver the Equipment, punishable in accordance with section 812.155, Florida Statutes.
